Rahway Dance Theatre’s mission is to introduce and to educate the local communities, the value of dance in every day life.

We teach from 3 yrs. to 93 yrs. Students at RDT will learn a variety of dance forms e.g. Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Pointe, Hip-Hop, Modern, Afro-Modern and Pas De Deux. We also have adult classes. Dance is a wonderful way for students to express themselves, it is also being used as an educational tool for developing thinking and motor skills.

By bringing dance to middle, high, and elementary schools, in the public and private sectors. To give dance a hands on approach using classical ballet as the basis, and breaking down the myth of the ballet. The members of RDT are a diverse group of dancers making it relatable to the young audiences, their ages ranging from 13yrs to 22yrs.

Rahway Dance Theatre has taken its Ballets to the local street fairs, parks, parades and theme parks. RDT has also performed at the Apollo Theatre in NY, winning McDonalds GospelFest, and at the Copacabana. Download Brochre
